Whats your refund policy?

We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to their order details carefully before submitting their order.

Whats the normal processing time for orders?

Please allow 14-21 business days on all preordered units. If units are ready to ship they will be shipped out within 2-5 business days. Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing. Processing time is the time it takes for BTS to prepare your order. Shipping time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once we ship it. Shipping time or speed varies based on shipping selected at checkout. However, keep in mind that processing tend to fluctuate based on the season.

Can I arrange a pick up time for my order?

Yes, local pick ups are always available.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Exchanges and returns are not accepted. All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake our my behalf. Refunds are only accepted if the lace is still attached. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I ordered the wrong size cap what do I do?

Brittnee The Stylist is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head.

What type of hair do you offer?

We offer exclusively hand collected luxury hair extensions from South East Asia (Vietnamese), The Temples Of South India (Indian), Raw Cambodian. We also offer high quality premium virgin.

Do your wigs come fully customized?

All wigs are fully customized, styled, and ready to wear upon arrival. Lace can be cut upon request.

Are your units clueless?

All units can be worn glueless. Elastic bands are added to all closure units for extra security. However, frontal units may require adhesive.

How many bundles come in your unit?

Most of our units consist of four super double drawn natural wave bundles with matching frontal or closure. Bob units have two bundles.

Do you offer wig making classes?

Yes, DM or contact me directly.

Can I ship my hair to you to get a wig made?

Yes, you can ship your hair to me but you are responsible for any shipping fees. Once the unit is complete it will be shipped back to you at no extra cost.

What is your turn around time for a custom wig?

The turnaround time for all wig construction (BYOB) services are 3-5 days. For custom unit orders, please allow 7-14 business days.

Whats a custom made wig?

Custom wigs are machine wefted and individually customized based off your head measurements. Custom units are not one size fits all.
